When working with processes exercise transparency. Consider publishing and tracking your process inventory on your corporate Intranet. To see things as they are, to show what you are dealing with, to measure and highlight issues & improvements. Not just for the people taking part in those processes, but for all bystanders in the organizational context and… yourself. (BTW, this applies to projects & programs too.)
